Comprehensive Holdings Ltd has been involved with electrical safety testing (EST) in recent years and Electrical Safety Testing has grown to be a significant part of our activities. In recognition of this, the new name, Comprehensive Safety Services, was established under which to do our safety related work. This website presents information about electrical safety and the testing and tagging services we provide. Although the Australian and New Zealand standard AS/NZS 3760 (and it's updates) has described electrical appliance safety testing since 1990, there seems to be a lack of awareness of it. Safety conscious organisations use Electrical Safety Testing and tagging (EST) programs to identify and eliminate unsafe electrical equipment from the workplace. Programs are based on AS/NZS 3760, which specifies safety inspection and testing protocols and criteria. These protocols and criteria are designed to satisfy the obligations that employers and employees have under occupational health and safety regulations. Comprehensive Safety Services provides the electrical safety testing and tagging services for EST programs.
